Melissa Weaver serves as Client Services Manager for Mark S. Weaver Wealth Advisory, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing the client experience and day to day operations of the practice. Her responsibilities include new business processing, client scheduling, account and client service, client events, marketing initiatives, and organizing community events. With a strong operational background and a focus on client service and satisfaction, Melissa works to ensure that each client receives a high level of personalized attention and care.

Melissa began her career in the banking and financial services industry, where she met her husband, Markus Weaver, more than a decade ago. She later built a strong management and operations background in the medical field, leading teams ranging from six to fifteen employees. Her experience managing people, processes, and client relationships has given her a practical understanding of the importance of organization, communication, and creating a positive experience for every client. Melissa joined the firm as Mark's daughter in law and Markus's wife, bringing her operations background to the family practice.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Melissa has always had a love for the outdoors and enjoys spending time anywhere near the water. She is actively involved in the Brecksville-Broadview Heights community and is a member of the Parent School Organization (PSO) supporting the local elementary and middle schools. She also enjoys helping organize and participate in community events.

Melissa and Markus reside in Broadview Heights with their two sons, Leo and Wyatt. Leo, 13, plays travel baseball year-round with Fielder's Choice, a local Brecksville based program. Wyatt, 9, enjoys playing recreational soccer, flag football, and baseball, including teams coached by his dad. As a family, the Weavers enjoy spending time outdoors, attending their sons' sporting events, and making the most of the community they call home.
